Does the whole company have to join?
No. Team plans start at 5 people. Start with one department and expand once you see results.
How is pricing calculated?
By headcount, plan and contract length. We start with a free AI check-up and send a formal quote once we understand your needs.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We issue Taiwan company invoices with your company name and tax ID, payable by bank transfer.
How do we schedule training?
Online courses are available anytime on phone or computer. In-house sessions are scheduled around your team, on site or online.
How do we know staff are actually learning?
Managers receive progress reports showing which courses each person took and how much they completed. Staff who finish a course can download a completion certificate.
Can our foreign staff follow the courses?
“Digitizing Expert Know-how” and “Zero-Code Inspection” are available in Vietnamese, Indonesian and Thai, with on-screen text and narration in each language, so foreign staff can follow them directly. Companies can assign each person the version in their language. Other courses are currently taught in Mandarin Chinese.
Who teaches the courses?
Junghong Lai, Chief AI Officer at SAIP TAIWAN. A systems engineer qualified in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems, he has helped businesses in southern Taiwan adopt digital marketing and AI for more than ten years.
