Junghong Lai is Chief AI Officer at SAIP TAIWAN (Strategic Advanced Institute of Praxis) and founder of Fulldot Technology. A systems engineer who has built ERP and e-commerce platforms, he founded Fulldot in Kaohsiung in 2011 and has spent more than a decade helping small and mid-sized businesses in southern Taiwan with websites, SEO, digital marketing and AI adoption. Online courses are available anytime on phone or computer. In-house sessions are scheduled around your team, on site or online.
Managers receive progress reports showing which courses each person took and how much they completed. Staff who finish a course can download a completion certificate.
“Digitizing Expert Know-how” and “Zero-Code Inspection” are available in Vietnamese, Indonesian and Thai, with on-screen text and narration in each language, so foreign staff can follow them directly. Companies can assign each person the version in their language. Other courses are currently taught in Mandarin Chinese.
