FACULTY · SAIP TAIWAN

Our FacultyBusiness, training and technology — under one roof

The biggest risk in adopting AI is a trainer who can demo tools but has never run a business. Our team includes a chairman who has steered a company through orders, cash flow and overseas growth, a general manager with years in corporate training, and a systems engineer who builds what he teaches. Every stage — direction, training and deployment — has an owner.

2008
Kaohsiung Economic Strategy Council founded; SME diagnostics begin
2012
TJ Academy founded; task-based learning method introduced
2021

CHAPTER 01 · Course Instructor

Junghong Lai賴家榮

Chief AI Officer, SAIP TAIWAN · Founder, Fulldot Technology

“Drive innovation through technology. Shape the future through people. Build, together with enterprises, the competitive edge of the AI era.”

A systems engineer by training, he built ERP and e-commerce systems and worked on data extraction and API integration. In 2011 he founded Fulldot Technology in Kaohsiung and spent more than a decade building websites, SEO and digital marketing for SMEs in southern Taiwan — experience he now turns into practical AI adoption methods.

At SAIP TAIWAN he leads AI research and development, curriculum design and enterprise advisory. His rule for every course: each step must be something you can do in your own job. Examples come from real company projects — from needs assessment and AI workflow design to RAG knowledge bases and go-live — until staff actually use it.

At SAIP

CHAPTER 02 · Leadership

The leadership that helps companies make AI work

Junghong Lai teaches the online courses. For corporate cohorts, in-house training and advisory projects, the Chairman and General Manager join in: first aligning goals with your leadership, then designing your team’s learning path.

Chien-Yuan Fu · Chairman, SAIP TAIWAN · Strategy & Operations

Chien-Yuan Fu傅建源

Chairman, SAIP TAIWAN · Strategy & Operations

“True strategy is not forecasting the future. It is building a long-term system in which every partner can win.”

As Chairman of Taiwan Mei-Lien Industrial, he has personally led a company through orders, cash flow, talent and overseas expansion. As Chairman of the Kaohsiung Economic Strategy Council, he turned “regional revitalisation” into membership programmes, industry matchmaking, policy proposals and SME diagnostics. His view: southern Taiwan’s SMEs do not lack capability — they lack a strategic system that puts every effort in the right place.

Chairman, SAIP TAIWAN; Chairman, Kaohsiung Economic Strategy Council (KESC); Chairman, Taiwan Mei-Lien Industrial Co., Ltd.

Wang-Te Wu · General Manager, SAIP TAIWAN · Education & Organisational Development

Wang-Te Wu吳望得

General Manager, SAIP TAIWAN · Education & Organisational Development

“Real learning is not complete when the student leaves the classroom. It is complete when they bring a new capability home and lead the organisation to a better place.”

He has spent many years in corporate training and talent development. He has seen programmes that opened with enthusiasm and were forgotten three months later — and learning that genuinely changed an organisation. The difference was never the content, but whether there was a path back to the workplace. That is why every SAIP course ends with a deliverable.

Current roles
General Manager, SAIP TAIWAN; long-standing practitioner in corporate learning and development
At SAIP
Operations strategy, programme delivery, university–industry collaboration and organisational development
Expertise
Operations management, AI education and talent development, digital transformation advisory, organisational development and leadership

CHAPTER 03 · How We Work

From strategy to training to go-live

AI projects rarely stall because of the tools. They stall when three things are not connected: leadership goals, staff skills and daily workflows. Our division of work connects them.

  1. Align business goals

Agree with leadership on the problem to solve, which teams start first and how results are measured.

    Chien-Yuan Fu
  2. Design the learning path

Courses and hands-on tasks by role and level, so learning carries back into daily work.

    Wang-Te Wu
  3. Put tools into the workflow

Build AI workflows the team can run, and follow up on real usage after training.
